Data about you (our customer)

We store your name, work email, company, the job descriptions you enter, your searches and your purchases. Sign-in is through Google or Microsoft; we keep the account identifier they give us, never your password. Payments are processed by PayPal; we keep the order reference and amount, not your card details.

Data about candidates

To find candidates we collect publicly available professional-profile data (name, headline, work history, skills, location) and keep it in a pool shared across our customers so a profile is not fetched twice. The legal basis is our and our customers' legitimate interest in recruiting. We do not collect special-category data and we do not sell candidate data.

Candidates' rights

If you are a candidate and want to know what we hold about you, correct it, or have it removed, email [email protected] with the profile link. Removal requests are honoured within 30 days and the profile is blocked from being collected again.

Retention and security

Candidate profiles are refreshed or removed when they stop being relevant to any search; customer data is kept while the account is active and deleted on request. Data is stored in the EU on servers we control, encrypted in transit, with access limited to the operating team.

Processors

Google and Microsoft (sign-in), PayPal (payments), Cloudflare (network security), our hosting provider in the EU, and the AI and data providers we use to grade and fetch profiles, each bound by their own data-processing terms.
