Gurify Recruit — Terms of Service

The service

Gurify Recruit finds and grades candidate profiles for a job description you provide, using public professional-network data and our own candidate pool. Results are suggestions for your recruiting work; you decide whom to contact and how.

Credits and payment

• One credit is one candidate profile shown to your account. Credits are sold in packs, priced in USD, paid through PayPal (card or PayPal balance).
• A candidate already shown to your account is never charged again, on any vacancy or search.
• Credits do not expire while your account is active. They are not refundable once used; unused credits can be refunded on request within 14 days of purchase.
• Searches that return no candidates cost nothing.

Your obligations

• Use the results for lawful recruiting only, in line with the professional network's rules and applicable law, including data-protection law where the candidate lives.
• Do not resell, scrape or redistribute candidate data, and do not share your account.
• You are responsible for how you contact candidates and for any consent your outreach needs.

Accounts

Accounts are approved by us and may be suspended for misuse or non-payment. You can close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]; remaining credits are handled as above.

Liability

The service is provided as is. Candidate data comes from third-party sources and may be incomplete or out of date; we do not guarantee accuracy, availability or hiring outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before a claim.
